Hi I wonder how to define a resistance value dependent on another resistor value. I have two parallel resistors (R1 and R2) and the value of R2 must be 2 times R1 (R1 is changing itself for which I want to use DC Sweep). Any help please? |

The answer is to define a custom Parameter Element. (Search the toolbox and you'll find it.) Here's an example with a custom parameter Hope that helps. |

Dear mrobbins, Thanks for the answer, it helped alot. My next challenge now is have an equation for RVAL (dependant to a current in my circuit). How would that be possible? I really appreciate your help. Thanks and regards Farya |
