I am sure that I have seen multi relays on an IC in years gone by but I cannot for the life of me find anything of the like now I would like to once again search for them. I can find a single relay in a chip but I would like to find a dual or even a quad version. TIA |

Most of the chips use Mosfet. I think you may have remembered it wrong. After all, the functions of Mosfet and relay are quite similar. You can read this blog.Difference Between Relay and MOSFET |

I have searched for similar devices. Consider an array of mosfets with a very small Rdon to act as you contacts. |
