BJT Base-Emitter Reverse Breakdown Supported?

Hello,

Is it possible to create a simulation model in CircuitLab for a BJT Base-Emitter reverse breakdown? I've experimented with a very basic circuit and several NPN transistors, but have not been successful. If it is supported, it'd be great to see a circuit that works so I can figure out what is wrong with mine.

Thanks for any info,

Mike
