Have you tried the Wikipedia model (at the top right of the page, the model with a comparator)? It may not repro the dynamic effects (capacitance and other characteristics at high frequency), but should perform well statically (or at relatively low frequency). |

Could you point me towards the "wikipedia model" please? I have no models at the top right of any page as far as I can tell..? |

This is a crude approximation for the TL431, adapted from Wikipedia.org. The model may become incorrect at high frequency. |
