I have a problem with the NE556 chip. I recently bought it and wanted to try it out using a circuit made for NE555 but adapted to the NE556 pins. When I turned it on it didn't work although everything was fine, does anyone know if both timers need to be used on NE556? Thank you in advance |

My opinion is to make sure that you have connected the correct pins of the NE556. This chip has two timers, so you need to pay attention to using both pins properly if you want to take advantage of all its functions. You should refer to https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/ru3w5vafs75n/voltages_5/ geometry dash deadlocked the specific manual for the NE556 |

you might try pulling to ground or pulling up to vcc via a 1k resistor, ALL UNUSED INPUTS of the timer not used |
