Questions about the application of MMBD6050-HE3-08 diode in high-frequency signal processing

Hi, I am considering using Vishay's MMBD6050-HE3-08 small-signal switching diode when designing a high-frequency signal processing circuit. According to its data sheet, this diode has a reverse recovery time of 4 ns and a junction capacitance of 1.5 pF, which is suitable for fast switching applications. However, I have questions about the following points and hope to get your guidance:

High-frequency performance: In actual applications, how does the MMBD6050-HE3-08 perform in a high-frequency environment (for example, above 100 MHz)? Will its reverse recovery time and junction capacitance have a significant impact on signal integrity?

Power handling capability: The maximum continuous forward current of this diode is 200 mA, and the peak forward surge current is 500 mA. Are these parameters sufficient for high-frequency switching, or do I need to consider additional heat dissipation measures?

Alternatives: If the MMBD6050-HE3-08 is not completely suitable for my application, are there other recommended diode models with faster reverse recovery time or lower junction capacitance suitable for high-frequency signal processing?

I hope that experienced friends can share their experience and suggestions on using MMBD6050-HE3-08 or similar diodes in high-frequency circuit design.

Thank you for your help!
