I'm trying to simulate a bidirectional voltage level converter for voltages between 1.8V and 3.3V using a mosfet. I tried many of the mosfet models in the library in case this circuit depends on some particular property of the mosfet. This circuit is intended for logic signals like the i2c bus. The way its currently drawn I'm simulating a 1.8V signal driving the circuit and graphing the 3.3V signal coming out but the 3.3V side always stays high. |

Ok I found the problem. I needed to select a mosfet with a gate threshhold voltage below 1.8V. |
