help comparator mode operation

how to use the comparator mode operation does not give me input and vcc + vcc-or gnd?

Do you mean you want a comparator whose analog inputs can go plus and minus, but the output goes between plus and ground?

Something like this, with the op amp powered by plus and minus voltages. The dioodes clam the negative excursions from getting to the transistor or MOSFET:
