I am making wiring diagrams and I always use images of the equipment I connect. I insert these images and other diagrams using the "Image" feature. I position them exactly where I want them to be, to match the wires with the connectors in the image I insert. When I save and open the same file, the inserted image ALWAYS moves and the wires of the circuit and connectors of the inserted image are no longer aligned. Can anyone suggest a solution, PLEASE?. I already tried adjusting the size of the inserted image, cropping its edges, etc., and nothing seems to help. I don't want to have to export the circuit and later add my images in Photoshop. Thank you for all your advise. |

Can you share a public example of this behaviour? |

If you align the image anchor point (bottom right corner of the image frame) to the grid before you draw your circuit lines etc. then the image should stay aligned with the wires. The problem is that you cannot adjust the size of the grid or disable snap-to-grid so you are constrained by the fixed grid as to how accurately you can match up your wires to the connection points you want in your image. |

This is still an issue, has anyone found a way to fix it? |
