Despite the fact that I've been paying for Circuitlab for months, I've noticed that often the editor is in non-subscribe mode. Which means I've been paying for a service I never got. I'm cancelling my subscription and wonder I can get a refund since I've payed for something that clearly doesn't work? I'm sure it's an honest mistake from Circuitlab's part and they never meant to rip me off. |

Hi @alkopop79, This is certainly unintentional. I just can't find any logs on our end reporting this problem, and you are the first user to report this problem. I'm happy to try to debug and fix it for you! Can you tell me what operating system and browser you are using and if there are a specific set of steps you can do to reproduce the issue? Your title "Don't subscripe and pay for Circuitlab!" is a bit over-the-top -- please bring it down a notch in the future. Mike |

As a paying user, I'm enjoying the heck out of CircuitLab. You just can't please some people. |

Paid user. It works fine for me. A little slow at times. But hey, it's a browser based interface. Brilliantly effective given the intrinsic limitations of the technology. |

Agreed with mrobbins, a bit over-the-top. Especially since most people who are going to be reading it already subscribe. I'm a new subscriber as of a day or two ago and I've had a lot of fun with it so far! |

I'm not trained in this area and needed a really easy to use tool to assist with my self-education in hobby electronics. It was the easiest of all the tools I tried out. |

CL is a vital part of Richard Wolfson's course, "Understanding Modern Electronics", offered by The Great Courses (see the Forum topic). I have no complaints except that for me (a naive beginner trying to learn a new subject) there's not enough help when one hits a roadblock. Trust me. Tools like CL simply didn't exist when I took Physics 50 years ago! CL's a marvel. Appreciate it. I agree with the other commenters. Tone down the Forum title. It's not fair to Circuit Lab. |
