Cannot move any placed part, nor connect wires to anything

I have Engineer subscription, why doesn't this App work on iPad? I'm using iOS 10.1.1 and I cannot move or drag any component, nor wire to anything. I tried both Safari and Chrome, with the same behavior, Javascript is turned in, these schematic editing behaviors should just work. If you only support simulation of circuits already constructed on conventional computer -- and don't support design entry on iPad -- sale revoked.

I just purchased this product and am having the same issue. Were you able to resolve it ?

If not, and given the time waiting on a reply, I may be inclined to contact my credit card company and file a grievance.

Please advise.

Figured it out

Curious -- what did you do to "figure it out?"

Our developers were able to reproduce the issue. It seems to be a change in iOS Mobile Safari regarding how touch events are handled between iOS 9 and iOS 10. We're in the process of creating a workaround for Apple's changes... apologies for the delay but it's holiday season here!
