The circuit https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/f28dww/example11/ has been simulated. It shows the same voltage and phase across the inductor and 2 ohm resistor ... almost nothing going through the capacitor. Yet circuit analysis done with both Kirchhoff and node (and something inbetween) shows significant current through and voltage across the capacitor. The voltages across the 2 ohm resistor and the inductor are very differnent. Here is the circuit analysis done with matlab mupad: http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Circuit_Theory/Phasors/Examples/example11/phasor_solution#phasor_domain |

If you plot I(C1.nA) in your Time Domain simulation then it will show 2.277A peak. :) |

my problem .. angular velocity in radians is 1, but frequency is 1/(2pi) .. my bad .. thanks for working at it |

Unlike the European meat processing industry, everyone can make a beefsteak. :) |
