PWM generation with CSV

Hi all, I am trying to generate a short pulse (1.5ms) every 20 ms using CSV voltage source. I am using a PWSREPEAT with these parameters: 0,1 0.0015,0 0.0185,1 .. and I can't get it to work. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance
