Second Op-amp killing signal, why? SOLVED

Hi, I'm trying to design a effects loop pedal with pre- and post gain settings. It splits the signal into three. Two sends (to other pedals) and one direct (for mixing in a clean signal later).

  1. Buffering guitar input signal (succes)
  2. Splitting input signal with up to 12db boost (succes)
  3. Trying to connect send signal to mixer part directly (failure)

Doing a time domain simulation, the BUFF and SEND1 looks right, but the MIX output is bad.

I tried to do a simple buffer again in the mixer part. But I'm not sure why this kills the signal from the SEND.

Could anyone tell me what I missing?

Woops! This is should not have been in the discussion category. I fixed the issue by adding 10K resistors right before combining the channels.
