Level 3 simulation with VMAX

Level 3 appears to be KAPPA insensitive (almost) with VMAX not zero in all simulators. True for any version for 15 or 20 years, including the original MICROSIM PSpice under Schematics. This makes it impossible to obtain a good fit with velocity saturation.
