Right way to draw quad opamp like TL074 SOLVED

Hi!

Total noob here. I'd just like to know the correct way to draw multi opamps like the TL072 and TL074. I can only select TL081. So I'm a little unsure how to do it here, and to get a correct simulation.

Thanks Jesper

Hi Jesper, take a look at this:

I've just started from the TL071, then changed the model name to TL074. Then I copy-and-pasted to get four of them. I also named them U1A, U1B, U1C, U1D, which is fairly conventional labeling for schematics for quad or dual op-amps, indicating that they're all part of one physical part U1.

(If you'd like, you can click to open my schematic above and then copy+paste into your own.)

Thank you! What if I want voltage rails? Tl074 only have two inputs for all four op-amps..?

I'm just really unsure what to do here?

There is a huge difference in the simulation of OUT1, if I add the VCC to the second opamp or not.

Ahh I was doing the simulation all wrong. Now when I do a Time Domain DC Sweep and use the VCC and GND to set opamp limits - it's working just fine. yay!

Have to read up on those simulation types ;) Thanks again
