Where/How to enter revision description so it shows up in "Revision history"?

It's taken me a while to notice this but ...

All my revisions of circuits say "No revision description." under the revision dates in "Revision history".

I can't see where to enter a description. The one time I tried using the main "Description" section, it just sat there in that section as any other descriptive text and had no effect on the information under revision history.

What am I missing?
