Voltmeter and Ammeter only for DC

Can I use the Ammeter and Voltmeter for AC circuits?

Short answer: no.

Longer answer:

You can put them into your circuit and then probe the votages on and currents through them in time domain simulations but you can't use them to make measurements in the same way you can use the AC ranges on a real DMM.
