voltage simulation problem SOLVED

Hi there I have a simple psu circuit @ https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/79485t/final-fullwave/ A detailed explanation is given at the comment. Any help is appreciated. Thanks all

You must measure the voltage difference across both ends the primary or of the secondary.

At present you are measuring V(PRI) with respect to ground through some undocumented impedance. You are also measuring V(SEC) with respect to ground.

You also need to ensure that the primary current has settled into the steady state.

Run your sim with a tick in:

Sweep Parameter

sweeping

V2.Phase

Custom

0, 90

to see how the intitial voltage at the primary affects how the current starts and then settles.

Thank you signality, I added a another node to the secondary and measure the difference as you mentioned at the "inductor current" case that is V(sec-a)minusV(seb-b) solved my problem. The other problem was actually not a problem since all positive potentials of the rectifier, capacitor and load share the same node, the results would be the same.
