but the lumped element or the Laplace block filter versions on their own are fine.

In the very top rectangle, between stages 1 and 2, there appear to be two unity-gain VCVS sources (VCVS1 and VCVS5) sitting right on top of each other! Removing one makes the circuit work just fine. :)
