Pls can any one in the forum help me with the below project cct design. This project combines two apparently competing communications methodologies: radio communications and optical communications, . The idea is simple in general terms - an radio frequency signal is carried on an optical/infrared signal from one point to another, and then converted back using photodetection into a radio signal again which can then be detected using a radio receiver. Google is your friend. Search for: radio over fibre First hit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radio_over_Fiber which lists: http://alexandria.tue.nl/extra2/200512106. and http://www.tspd.com.tw/images/fbfiles/files/ROF_for_wireless_comm_Hoon_Kim_.pdf See also: Have a look at: https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/bdxks2/optocoupler-01/ https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/95w75k/optocoupler-02/ https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/v28w66/optocoupler-03/ https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/tne4sa/photodiode-receiver-01/ https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/3z4qgq/radio-shack-photodetector-01/ For LED drivers, search CL for: constant current CL does not have much that is useful to you on laser drivers and modulators. |
