I am simulating a voltage doubler to generate -3.3 volts at 10 microamps. Problem is, if I use 1N4148 diodes, I lose a lot in the junction drops. If I use the Schottky diode, the 1N5817, the leakage or junction capacitance drags down the voltage. Is there some way of tweaking the diode parameters to make a low-leakage schottky diode? I don't see any obvious parameters for leakage or forward voltage drop. Thanks. |
