Which nationality or regional traffic light sequence are you trying to reproduce? They are slightly different in different parts of the world. Does this help? |

it looks roughly correct, the red light is on 50% of the time if the divide by 10 output is a square wave, 50%, then the yellow is on for 10% of the time before each change. Oh, I see the problem, when the the yellow is going to overlap the square wave's on time. You need to abandon using the divide by ten output and drive that LED like you do all the other ones, with several diodes going to all the unused counting outputs. |
