Hi, I'm trying to build a current regulator using multiple LM317s. I've had a go here: https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/4ttpa5/current-regulator/ What I'm hoping should happen is the reading of the ammeter should remain the same even if the resistance of the lamp changes. It isn't working though, can anyone tell me why please? Thanks, Joe |

Joe... what was your fix? I took a stab, and this seemed to work... https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/cfwhnf/joes88-regulator/ Best BG |

Be careful using the CL LM317/LM137 models. Please see: https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/r3rtpc/lm317-test-cct-01/ https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/jzwhf4/test-lm-317-voltage-regulator/ https://www.circuitlab.com/forums/support/topic/ffgw6682/lm317-does-not-regulate/ |
