Digital Control of BedWarmer - Get home to nice warm bed in Freezing winters

Hi all,

I am new to Circuitlab, pretty new to electronics and I have just created the following circuit:

Let me know what you guys think. I am looking for ways to be able to improve this circuit, as well as to discover any mistakes in my design I may have made. Safety is obviously a concern, so any recommendations to make the design safer are of course welcome!
