Voltage Controlled Current Source

Hello, I've been trying to simulate a circuit (I wish I could put a picture here) where there is a Voltage Controlled Current Source that depends of the voltage on some resistor. In the exercise says that the value of the Source is (2/1000)Vx, where Vx is the voltage on the resistor I mentioned before, but I don't know how to build it correctly.

Appreciate if someone could help me.
