Measuring output current of a circuit

Here's the schematic:

The circuit is the equivalent of a solar panel. I'm trying to perform a DC sweep of the voltage at V1 to see how Iout varies as I sweep V1 from 0-15V and get the I-V characteristic curve. Would anyone know hoe to perform this DC sweep? I found this equivalent circuit online so I wanted to play around it. Should I also sweep the DC current source as well? How can I measure the output current? (I've tried connecting a load resistor to the voltage source, but that's not accurate as the current just increases linearly with respect to the voltage)
