Found an easy way to approximately model ideal diode (Is = 0, Vd = 0), delete values in all the parameters and set N=1e-16 . Values will be off by very small amount. |

Not sure how you got it to simulate an ideal diode. Neither the Time Domain nor the DC Sweep look like an ideal diode response. This works: and here are some more ways to make a (more) ideal diode: and Try also searching for Precision Rectifier. |
