Easy Ideal Diode

Found an easy way to approximately model ideal diode (Is = 0, Vd = 0), delete values in all the parameters and set N=1e-16 . Values will be off by very small amount.

Not sure how you got it to simulate an ideal diode.

Neither the Time Domain nor the DC Sweep look like an ideal diode response.

Do some datasheet curve fitting or find a spice model of it.
