At the school (Dennis Gabor College) the teacher gave us a task to design a four bit synchronous sequential circuit whit D flip-flops which cycles through the given states: 1101 - 1111 - 1010 - 1111 - 1101 - 1011 We have no idea how to begin whit this, because the two state which repeating. Thanks for any help! :) |

Have you asked Google? "design a 4 bit synchronous counter with a given sequence" Do these help? http://www.wjec.co.uk/uploads/publications/10218.doc and: http://www.utem.edu.my/myweb/sani/pdf/digsys_chapter%202.pdf |

Thank you! Yep, i asked Google :D I made 3 circuit, but none of them working correctly. I think whit this sequence is not possible to design a counter. |
