Can anyone point me to a circuit that can replace a 4 position slider switch?

Do you just want to

i) draw it in a circuit or

ii) use it in a simulation?

If (i) then just draw 4 separate SPST switches

If (ii) the use 4 separate Voltage Controlled Switches and control their on/off state using 4 voltage sources or maybe an extended version of:

using a 2 bit to 4 line logic decoder.

You could also use a single voltage source and 4 window comparators to select the drive to 1 out of the 4 switches.
