MOSFET Based Ideal Diode

I am new to Circuit Lab. I want to simulate a MOSFET based ideal diode and observe the VDC response at R1 load when V1 varies from 0.0 to 7.5 VDC. Please critique. https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/7zqs87/ideal-diode/	by spu3 November 13, 2014
