I noticed that changing the V_J parameter of a diode (defined as Built-in Junction Potential) has no effect on the resulting simulation. The Vdrop across the diode does not change when the V_J parameter is manually altered. Changing to a different diode however, with a different V_J value, does change the simulation results. So, how do I make a custom diode that runs in the simulation and takes account of the new V_J value? Thanks, S. |
