I need turn on delay circuit with LM324N

Looking at your sketch and if I understand what you are trying to do, the circuit to do it safely is not simple.

Here's one way to do it but:

BEWARE: LETHAL VOLTAGES!

Dear signality, There are only three pins to LM324N in the editor, so how can I simulate Vcc and GND pins for op amp.
