I know it's possible to build one, but it would be easier with a single component.

I agree, the AD620 might be the most common component I use that is not included (besides micro-controllers). Any ways could you use a 'voltage controlled voltage source'? I think this dose about the same thing.

All this kind of stuff is dealt with in SPICE (but sadly, not yet in CL) by subcircuits.

I raised a support or feature request for subcircuits in CL some years ago now but no sign of them yet.
