Firstly, I am in love with this website... it is the best in whole internet (to me atleast)...just further suggestion... introducing some means to bring in real optoelectronics such as photodiodes and photoresistors and leds would be a great help for several designs...so you (or anyone who adds features ) may consider adding some...but anyhow, the site is wonderful and awesome !!!! |

Welcome to CL. Simulatable LEDs already exist in CL. You just have to adjust the model parameters to those of the spice model of your target device (if you can find one of course!). Maybe not quite what you're asking for but you might like to have a look at: Optocouplers and photodiodes https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/y93yy5/led-photodiode-with-optical-connection-by-cccs/ https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/bdxks2/optocoupler-01/ https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/95w75k/optocoupler-02/ https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/v28w66/optocoupler-03/ https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/tne4sa/photodiode-receiver-01/ Photoresistors / light dependent resistors https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/tbrz2g/cds-photoresistor-model/ https://www.circuitlab.com/circuit/8539c8/cds-photoresistor-model-02/ |
