Can someone give me the correct params for a si2302 mosfet? I can only find "level 3" spice models and circuitlab needs level 1, apparently. I don't know enough to translate it correctly.

1. Can you post a link to the Level 3 model you've found?
2. Also, is this the correct datasheet? Vishay Siliconix Si2302DS
3. Can you describe what you're trying to simulate so we get some idea on how accurate the model needs to be?

Here's a really quick and dirty Si2302DS model I made by reading the datasheet:

I wrote down the various assumptions I made in the schematic. If you run the simulation, it mimics the "Transfer Characteristics" curve from page 3.

It's really just a rough reading of the datasheet, and I skipped some parameters, but it might be enough to get you started.

Feel free to copy+paste it from my circuit into your own.

mrobbins, thanks. I had some numbers but they weren't at all sane (they didn't work as I'd expect). Yours did. SPICE is beyond my knowledge as a hobbyist, it's indistinguishable from magic :)

What I really needed was parameters that seemed approx correct from 0-100khz and around 1-2v Vgs. This is within range.
