It is not uncommon to use two or more GND symbols both the triangle and lined triangle. It's used in battery operated systems to note protected and unprotected ground and in other areas like digital and analog grounds.

It would be great to see that second GND symbol.

Three variations of the 'ground' symbol already exist. Once you have inputted a ground, double-click on it and change the 'DISP' to the style of ground symbol that you want. Hope this solves your problem.
