BCD-to-7 Segment Decoder

Hello,

It appears as though a 7448 BCD-to-7-segment decoder is available as a part on Circuitlab. Also, the same seems to be true for a 7-segment LED display. If so, how does one obtain these parts since they don't appear in the general parts box?

Please advise.
