how to represent a symetrical microphone ?

Hello I would like to do circuit tests for microphones, but I can't represent a microphone (and its impedance) well, knowing that it delivers a symmetrical signal, and that the ground is on a different cable. This would be to make RL RC RLC filters, phantom blockers... that kind of thing... So far I put an op amp at the output, and I measure the voltage at the output of the amplifier... but it's not ideal at all

Any idea?

Thanks!
