Constant Current Source with PNP transistor (2N2907A). Current is adjustable between 0 and 4 mA via a potentiometer. The load in the schematic is R4.

Any suggestions for improvement welcome. Particularly how to add a voltage cut off before R4 so that the circuit breaks if voltage exceeds 4 V. Please also give the specific component model to do this. |
