Weichenrückmelder

Generiert einen Impuls (Vout) um ein bistabiles Relais (RLY1 nur eine Spule gezeigt) zu schalten, wenn die Spannung am Eingang (Vin) von 5V auf 0V fällt. Diese Schaltung wird 2 mal benötigt für ein bistabiles Relais.
