Summary

Borrowing from an EDN article in 2/3/2011, this is an adjustable output voltage circuit for a BDC fan through the classic LM317 regulator. Vadj it modulated by a PWM circuit through a low-pass filter and non-inverting amplifier.
Note for setpoint simulations this is disconnected on the schematic.
