Load regulation of standard CL LM317 & LM137 models is poor.

Load regulation of standard CL LM317 model is poor.

Appears that the R_O parameter is too high.

Reduce R_O to 10m gives more realistic load regulation.

It is not clear what R_ADJ represents.

Double click on U1 or right-click > Edit Parameters

Simulate > DC Sweep > Run DC Sweep

Simulate > Time Domain > Run Time-Domain Simulation

Note that these comments also apply to the CL LM137 model.
