After measuring what is happening in the Tekna Plus SE video doorbell, I assume there's a pull-up resistor for about 1.5K and an unknown transistor that provides an up signal while idle and goes down to 0v three times to indicate a doorbell signal. This circuits simulates it connected to a Raspberry Pi 3.3v GPIO.
