Integrating over SINE cycles to find average power and RMS.
Three configurations of Laplace Block integrators for finding average power and rms volts. The Sine amplitude of SQRT(2) gives normalised outputs.
1] DC straight ramp, for reference.
2] Instantaneous power, energy and average power.
3] rms volts.
The frequency of 50Hz makes the arithmetic easier for an integer number of cycles.
