ITSY BITSY SYSTEM 2019-10 PUBLIC

I've been using the neopixel ring with the pro trinket for a year or more and it works very well. As I understand it the Itsy Bitsy is the recommended replacement for the Trinket so my comments probably apply. comment #1: Adafruit recommended a 1200--1500mfd capacitor across the power supply for driving the neopixel ring and I see this is missing on your circuit. Any repercussions ? comment #2: Is the 1mfd capacitor 5v to data in an Adafruit recommendation?. I don't have it and there is no problem yet. comment #3: Where you are using 150 ohms in the data in line I'm using 309 ohms. Probably doesn't make much difference
