A behavioural open collector/drain comparator with a 10 Ohm pulldown resistance.
I1 forms a behavioural resistor of V(out)/Rpulldown which is multiplied by the 0.5(1-TANH((V(inp)-V(inn))1k)) function so that the current through I1 is equal to:
zero for V(inp) < V(inn)
and
Vout/Rpulldown for V(inp) > V(inn)
