Summary

This circuit is a DC Voltage pumping circuit which doubles the supply voltage. It is just the test model, actual design will replace the Relay with 2+2 n-Mos & p-MOS for tick-tack free switching. Clocking can be done using 555 timer in astable mode. Anyway, it can also be used as up to 2X boost regulator

The above circuit works. I used 2 square wave signal sources, 180 degrees out of phase of each other. The NotBuffer created a short spike, that may not cause any problems.	by Optionparty December 18, 2012
