I've been trying to drive a switch like this too but I can't get the simulation to go for very long. I tried your circuit with a 20s stop time and a 0.0001s time step but solver returned the error "Solver Aborted - Error in Transient Solver non-finite scale" I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the switch (and not the clock). Any ideas? Thanks. |

With a 20s stop time and a 0.0001s time step, my example with the 1kHz clock source simulates OK. Please see my response to your posting: :) |

There's nothing wrong with your circuit (or mine). From my post and your response it looks like there is a bug. I'll follow this up as you suggested. Thanks, dbro |
