Beta model of a ntc thermistor.
Includes the effect of self heating.
V1 is stepped from 0V to 10 V to allow the thermistor to start from the ambient temperature set by the TEMP parameter.
TEMP is stepped in the simulation over three temperatures.
Based on model in:
http://www.spectrum-soft.com/down/fall98.pdf
TEMP => ambient temperature in degC
TABS => Absolute zero in degC
TNOMC => the temperature at which RNOM is quoted in the thermistor datasheet
D1 => power dissipation value or factor quoted in the datasheet
B1 => the Beta coefficient for the thermistor from the datasheet
RNOM => nominal resistance of the thermistor at TNOMC
TAU => thermal time constant of thermistor given in datasheet
